By placing an order with Banik Varities & Brother ("we", "us"), whether through our Android app or website, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

Orders are placed directly through our app; no account is required for customers.
Product prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). A delivery charge may apply on orders below the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout.
Every order receives a unique Order ID, shown on the receipt, used to track delivery status.

Payments

We accept online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery.
Online payments are verified automatically before an order is confirmed as paid.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
Order status can be checked anytime via the "Track Order" section of the app using your Order ID.

Retailers

Retailer accounts are verified via a one-time email login code and are intended for bulk ordering on Cash on Delivery terms, coordinated directly with us.

Limitation

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order in such cases, with a full refund for any amount already paid online.
