This policy explains what information Banik Varities & Brother ("we", "us") collects through our Android app and website, and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Name, delivery address, mobile number, and (optionally) email address — provided by you when placing an order.
- Order details — items purchased, order total, and payment method.
- For retailer accounts — email address, used solely to send a one-time login code.
- Basic technical information (such as a device identifier) used to associate an order with the device that placed it, and to log crash reports so we can fix issues.
How we use this information
- To process and deliver your order, and to let you track its status.
- To contact you regarding your order if needed.
- To process payments securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
- We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — all online payments are handled directly by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway, and we never see or store your payment credentials.
Third-party services we use
- Firebase (Google) — securely stores order and account data.
- Razorpay — processes online payments.
- EmailJS — sends order notification and login-code emails.
Your choices
You do not need to create an account to place an order. Providing your email on the order form is optional and only used to email you a copy of your receipt if you choose to enter it. You can contact us any time (see Contact Us) with questions about your data.
