Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled by contacting us (see Contact Us) before the order has been dispatched for delivery.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as described below.
Refunds for online payments
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any amount paid online via Razorpay will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of approval, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/UPI provider.
- Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch involve no payment and therefore no refund is needed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
